Classes
4Beat Vinyasa Flow
4beat is a dynamic vinyasa flow born out of the Rocket Yoga system. The core of the practice is the alignment of the breath to slow, regular beat of music. Focusing the mind and the breath on a 4beat count leads to a sharp, single-pointed and unwavering ability to concentrate. This practice aims to create a state of synchronous moving meditation.
Liquid Yoga
Our signature Liquid Yoga blends the energy of a rave with the power of mindful movement, offering an immersive yoga experience that flows seamlessly with a live DJ set, dynamic lighting, and is finalised with a guided sound bath.
Pilates
Power Vinyasa
A fast-paced Vinyasa-style yoga class, linking breath with movement. The class is designed to challenge participants physically and mentally in a fun and invigorating way. Expect to sweat.
Restorative Yoga
A deeply restful class designed to soothe the nervous system and support recovery. Using props to fully support the body, you’ll settle into gentle, long-held postures that encourage stillness, softness, and release. Ideal for stress relief, emotional reset, and cultivating calm, no experience needed.
Vinyasa Flow
A dynamic, breath-led class that builds strength, flexibility, and focus. Move through creative sequences at your own pace, with options for all bodies and experience levels. Expect flowing transitions, mindful cues, and space to connect inward, whether you’re new to yoga or deepening your practice.
Yin Yoga
Yin Yoga is a slow, meditative practice that targets the body’s deeper connective tissues-ligaments, joints, and fascia, through long-held, passive postures. Each pose is typically held for 3–5 minutes, inviting stillness and deep release. Yin offers a quiet space to turn inward, cultivate mindfulness, and balance the body’s more dynamic yang energies. Suitable for all levels, it supports flexibility and nervous system regulation.
Somatic Yoga
A gentle, intuitive practice that prioritises how movement feels over how it looks. Grounded in nervous system and body awareness, this approach blends gentle movement, breath, and rest to help you reconnect with yourself in a safe, grounded way. This practice aims to support stress and trauma recovery by guiding you back into connection with your body, at your own pace, without performance or pressure.
