Beatrix Bekefi

Bekefi is a Hungarian-born, London-based DJ, producer, and founder of Liquid Movement. Rooted in London’s queer underground, her sound blends house, acid, breaks, and Detroit techno. Through SOAK and Liquid Movement, she brings music, movement, and community together into one embodied experience.

Casey Lazonick

Casey is a yoga teacher, sound therapist, and founder of Liquid Movement in East London. With a background in health sciences and trauma-informed practice, her teaching blends vinyasa, somatic work, and sound therapy. Casey creates inclusive, music-led spaces that prioritise safety, autonomy, and meeting the body where it is.

Francesca Sloan

Francesca has practised yoga since her teens, with her dedication deepening in her twenties while working as a womenswear designer. After training in India, her practice has taken her around the world. She creates open, spacious, and creative classes that support growth and transformation, whatever your experience level.

George Pearse

George has practised yoga across multiple modalities for over 15 years and now teaches across London. His classes are exploratory, curious, and gently challenging, supporting students to tune into their movement potential while balancing playful flow with moments of deep rest and physical surrender.

Jo Freitas

Trained in Vinyasa, Rocket, and 4beat, her classes are dynamic, creative, and challenging, with plenty of options to meet different bodies and abilities. Guided by breath and the rhythm of the music, her teaching supports students to explore beyond their comfort zone while feeling safe, supported, and deeply immersed in flow.

Jules has practised yoga for over a decade, drawing from Ashtanga, Jivamukti, and Dharma Yoga. Her dynamic vinyasa classes balance strength and ease, guided by breath and mindful sequencing. With a background in psychology, she integrates movement, pranayama, and reflection to support both physical exploration and mental clarity.

Julia Valmorbida

Julia is a Brazil-born, London-based teacher blending movement, breath, and subtle energy. Trained in Hatha, Ashtanga, Rocket, Pregnancy Yoga, and Pilates, she teaches from slow, mindful flows to dynamic Rocket classes. A certified sound healer and Reiki Master, Julia creates welcoming spaces that support nervous-system ease, resilience, and grounded embodiment.

Linda Martinuzzo

Linda is a holistic movement teacher whose yoga and Pilates classes blend strength, awareness, and mindful embodiment. With an intuitive, grounded approach, she creates supportive spaces where students can feel powerful, reconnect with themselves, and move with clarity, intention, and ease.

Nino Russo

Nino has practised movement disciplines his whole life and found yoga in 2017. Trained in Rocket, Ashtanga, Yin, Restorative, and 4Beat, he has assisted leading teachers for over three years. Nino teaches across London and internationally, offering classes, trainings, workshops, and retreats.

Yasmin Rai

Yasmin is a sound artist and movement teacher focused on mind–body awareness, creativity, and self-compassion. Drawing on classical philosophy, trauma-informed movement, and sound healing, her classes range from slow, grounding flows to uplifting sequences designed to reset the nervous system and invite presence into everyday life.

Zo Rahm

Born and raised in Sweden with Indian heritage, Zo began yoga for its physical benefits before it became a deeper practice of reconnection and transformation. Teaching since 2017, he blends traditional yoga and mindfulness with a contemporary approach. His classes often feature signature 4beat soundscapes, combining Rocket-inspired Vinyasa or Yin with breath-led presence.
